Pensiunea Ioana was built in 2012 and is located in the oldest and most history-filled part of the city – the old center, just 900 m from the Princely Court of the Basarabs, "founders of the country, givers of laws and customs." It is no coincidence that the guesthouse is located in the Bătușari neighborhood, a testament to the old preoccupations of the people of Argeș, famous craftsmen and merchants.
With a capacity of 10 beds in double rooms (matrimonial bed) and triple rooms (3 beds), the guesthouse is a modern tourist destination and offers a wide range of facilities that meet accommodation needs, both for those arriving on business and for tourists wishing to spend their holidays in Curtea de Argeș.
