Located within the historic walls of Brașov, Residence Central Annapolis is a remarkable Art Nouveau villa with a fascinating story. Built between 1907 and 1909 by the visionary bookseller Teusch, this property embodies elegance, tradition, and outstanding craftsmanship. Erected on Târgul Cailor Street (now Gheorghe Barițiu), the villa reflects the authentic Art Nouveau style of the era. Mr. Teusch, along with his two daughters – renowned schoolteachers of Brașov – and the most appreciated architect of the epoch, oversaw every detail of the design and construction. Throughout the decades, the building has preserved its original charm, surviving major historical events, including World War I and World War II, as well as the communist period. Today, Residence Central Annapolis remains a lovingly preserved heritage site, offering a unique blend of historical authenticity and modern comfort. The residence features 24 elegantly reimagined rooms that combine vintage aesthetics with contemporary amenities.
